Accessing your Persistent Virtual Desktop from a Web Browser

To access your Persistent Virtual Desktop you must have a current web browser version. If you don't know what web browser you are using, you can check here. You can download current versions of your preferred browser with the following links:

• Chrome
• Firefox

To access the web client for your Persistent Virtual Desktop you can use the following link:

https://clients.amazonworkspaces.com/webclient

• When prompted, click Login and enter the Registration code, which was provided to you in your welcome email (and looks something like SLiad+XXXXXX)

• You will then be prompted for your username and password.  This is also found in your welcome email.

Pro Tip: It may take up to 60 seconds for your Persistent Virtual Desktop to show up in the browser, please be patient.
