When initially launching or resuming your Virtual Desktop you may encounter slight delay with the Start Menu and search bar results displaying.
- This is most often due to a delay in Windows indexing after launch and will resolve itself shortly.
If it does not, check your indexing status with the instructions below or submit a ticket.
Checking your Virtual Desktops Index status:
- Click on the Start Menu, scroll down and select Windows System drop down, and then Control Panel
- In control Panel, select the drop-down that says View by: Category and select Large Icons.
- Select Indexing Options. The indexing window should show indexing in progress or completed.
