If you encounter a problem with mouse or keyboard input not responding after successfully connecting to your Learning Lab instance please do the following:
Step 1: Close any open connection in NoMachine to your Learning Lab
Step 2: Click Connect to the Learning Lab instance you want to connect to
Step 3: During the launch of your Learning Lab instance, you will walk through several options and eventually, you will be prompted with a "Display Resolution" selection screen.
- Un-check the option Change the Server resolution to match the client when I connect and the instance will allow proper input function.
